On February 10, the Guangzhou "Dual Empowerment" Industrial Matching Roadshow kicked off. More than 20 outstanding local enterprises engaged in new energy vehicles, biomedicine, artificial intelligence and other sectors took the stage. They showcased featured products, cutting-edge technologies and cooperation opportunities to paired assistance regions and domestic partner cities, setting off a wave of industrial collaboration and joint development, and injecting Guangzhou's momentum into the smooth operation of the domestic economic cycle.
Since 2025, Guangzhou has pioneered the "Dual Empowerment" cooperation mechanism. It has transformed cross-regional collaboration from one-way linkage to mutual win-win cooperation, and advanced from superficial connection to in-depth integration, gradually fostering a new landscape of mutual complementarity and coordinated development. Throughout the year, over 80 cooperation projects were completed or signed, with the total value of economic and trade cooperation exceeding 10 billion yuan.
At the event, Zhang Jianhua, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, stated that in the new year, the city will further leverage the "Dual Empowerment" mechanism to deepen and expand cross-regional cooperation. Efforts will be made to strengthen industrial coordination for targeted complementarity, streamline the flow of production factors for systematic empowerment, and forge closer cooperative bonds to realize value sharing. All participating parties are expected to gain tangible benefits from industrial advancement and economic growth, achieving an integrated effect where one plus one is greater than two.
At the event, Huang Jian, Co-founder and Executive Deputy General Manager of Lingdu Intelligent, delivered a speech titled Above the Clouds, With Warmth. He elaborated on the company's business philosophy of applying embodied intelligence to replace high-pressure and high-risk operations, and how Lingdu leverages intelligent cleaning robots to drive the transformation and upgrading of the traditional cleaning industry.
Leveraging the busy period for business exchanges ahead of the Spring Festival, this "Dual Empowerment" roadshow strengthened close ties and deepened consensus with partner regions.
