Lingdu Intelligent In-depth Dialogue at Better Design Award: Making High-altitude Cleaning More Human-centric

Feb 3rd,2026 15 Views

The AI & Robotics Park Launch and Industrial Design Special Matching Event, hosted by the Better Design Award, concluded successfully amid a warm atmosphere. The event gathered nearly 100 distinguished guests from government bodies, academic institutions, investment firms and the industrial community, including Hu Xiao, Dean of Guangdong Future Design Research Institute; Zhang Xiaogang, Vice Dean of the School of Art and Design, Guangdong University of Technology; Lin Minxuan, Director of the Investment & Development Department, Baiyun Construction Technology Investment Holding Group, as well as founders and technical leaders of many leading robotics enterprises.

Jacky Huang, Co-founder and Deputy General Manager of Lingdu Intelligent  attended as a key speaker in the keynote sharing and roundtable discussion sessions. From the unique perspective of "systematic thinking + scenario insight", he elaborated on how AI and robotics achieve high-level technology and thoughtful service in the niche sector of high-altitude curtain wall cleaning.

During the Smart Manufacturing × Innovation session, Jacky Huang delivered a presentation titled Above the Clouds, With Warmth. He stated: "Many regard high-altitude work as a cold, mechanical task. For us, however, every spotless curtain wall stands for the protection of urban safety, architectural aesthetics and the dignity of workers."

As a tech enterprise specializing in high and low-rise curtain wall cleaning robots, Lingdu Intelligent has always embedded human-centered design into its products. Huang Jian emphasized that AI not only boosts cleaning efficiency and route planning accuracy, but also enables robots to perceive subtle differences in building materials, weather conditions and architectural structures just like seasoned professionals via its multimodal perception system, thus realizing genuine flexible operation. Rather than replacing humans, we aim to extend the boundaries of human capabilities.

During the subsequent roundtable discussion themed Smart Manufacturing × Integration, Jacky Huang and five other guests from the industrial design and robotics sectors engaged in in-depth exchanges on How AI and Robotics Reshape Global Industries: Innovation and Implementation from a Capital Perspective.

When the host raised the question of how AI empowers industrial design to deliver differentiated experiences, Huang Jian responded from the perspective of system-level innovation:
"At Lingdu, AI runs through the entire product lifecycle, from user demand research, structural simulation and motion control to operation, maintenance and feedback. Take our high-altitude robots as an example. They adopt AI vision to identify types of stains on glass and automatically select corresponding cleaning modes. Meanwhile, they dynamically adjust suction force based on environmental data such as wind speed and humidity. This is far more than functional optimization; it represents our relentless pursuit of the core values of high-altitude operations: safety and reliability."

He further pointed out that true design differentiation lies not in eye-catching appearances, but in the ability to steadily solve problems in complex real-world scenarios — a capability for commercial implementation highly valued by both investors and the industry.

This matching event showcased nearly 100 exquisite designs in the AI and robotics sector, and also built a closed-loop ecosystem connecting government, technological achievements, capital and application scenarios. Thanks to its technological moat in the high-altitude cleaning segment and sound business model, Lingdu Intelligent drew attention from numerous investment institutions and industrial parks.
